Digital enablers training program and digital capabilities and awareness strategy won Brandon Hall’s silver and gold medals

The United Arab Emirates has been continuing the succession in its digital transformation journey. UAE’s accomplishments in digital transformation and the influence on the progress of quality of government service, has played a huge role.

 And also the two of the significant programs that we have adopted within the frame of digital enablement of society and government, has indeed been a key factor.

According to the UAE Digital Transformation Enablers Report 2021, UAE was categorized among the world’s best countries in government digital transformation.

According to the announcement of The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), its Digital Enablers Training Program and Digital Capabilities and Awareness Strategy have won gold and silver medals at the Brandon Hall Awards 2022. 

The Digital Enablers Training Program have won 2 gold medals for Best Use of Technology for Learning and Best Learning Team categories, and a silver medal for Best Association Professional Development Program. The Digital Capabilities and Awareness Strategy has won the silver medal for Best Advance in Creating a Learning Strategy category.

H.E. Eng. Mohammad Al Zarooni, Deputy Director General for Information & Digital Government Sector expressed his views on the winning, he said that the country is now considered as a title for success in the domain of digital transformation, with so numerous accomplishments that are appealing to the stakeholders in this field.

He further said that it is a proud moment for us for getting the recognition for two of our key programs that has have adopted within the framework of digital enablement of society and government, in line with TDRA’s strategic role.

TDRA Virtual Academy is one of the digital enablers included in the comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, which has trained more than 300,000 trainees from different countries over the prior years

The Digital Enablers Training Program and the Digital Capabilities and Awareness Strategy are in line with the Digital Government Roadmap, which contains 6 priority pillars, each of which includes a number of initiatives that plays the role in the strategic goal of achieving 100% digital transformation.

The priority pillars are unified digital platform, shared digital enablers, world-class digital infrastructure, easy and fast integrated digital customer-centric services, raising the level of digital capacity and skills, readiness of legislation to ensure a smooth and comprehensive digital transformation, and raising the efficiency of government work.

Use is known as one of  the most digitally developed countries in the world. It’s continuous growth and broadening the digital strategies in numerous projects have enhanced its hierarchy in digital competitiveness. The strategies are aiding in ensuring a world-class digital infrastructure for the country as well as providing a unified digital platform. UAE is continuous trying to bring it’s A game  in digital transformation.
