EasyLease, the UAE’s leading provider of integrated mobility solutions and a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC), on Friday said that its revenue rose 83% y-o-y to $94.47 million in the first two quarters of this year, up from $51.73 million for the corresponding period in 2024.
The company’s operational profit jumped 78% to $11.73 million, while net profit climbed to $8.82 million, also a 78% increase y-o-y, while the EBITDA rose 57% to $22.6 million, Easy Lease said in a regulatory filing with Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) this morning.
EasyLease’s strong performance reflected the continued resilience of its core operations, the successful integration of strategic acquisitions, and early returns from new investments, the company said.
This momentum is especially evident in the mobility and logistics sector, which continues to drive the company’s growth. The core business delivered $54.72 million in revenue, reflecting sustained demand in last-mile logistics, particularly within the Gulf’s growing e-commerce and food delivery sectors.
EasyLease CEO Ahmad Al Sadah said that this has been a defining half-year for the company and their swift integration of acquisitions, combined with strong organic growth, has enabled the company to outperform the market despite a constrained capital environment.
Additional Fleet
Notably, the Group recorded a 36% y-o-y increase in its rental fleet, with 10,000 additional fleet compared to H1 2024. This expansion, combined with steady utilisation rates, suggesting that EasyLease has maintained its dominant position in this niche, asset-heavy segment.
EasyLease’s acquisition-led strategy is beginning to yield results. Strategic acquisitions contributed $37.3 million to the top line, with strong performances across logistics, warehousing, event management, marine services, and bus-on-demand operations.
He said that their subsidiary, Ripe Events, successfully executed Lammah Al Bahr, the ultimate beach festival held at Al Mugheirah Beach in the Al Dhafra region underscoring its strong performance in H1 2025 and marking a major milestone as its largest-scale festival to date.
Running from January to May, the festival offered an immersive blend of culinary, retail, and cultural attractions that drew a diverse audience and further reinforced Ripe Events’ position as a leading curator of experiential festivals and events in the UAE.
EasyLease is set to build on its strong first-half performance by prioritising operational efficiency and scaling its operations. With solid momentum and sustained demand across key sectors, the company continues to expand its service offerings.
Strategic partnerships and investments in digital infrastructure have enhanced the company’s ability to capture market share, while rapid fleet expansion and bold M&A moves remain key pillars of its long-term growth strategy.
Early signs of organic growth in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain also point to promising future contributions, the company said.
