Imtiaz Developments Starts Work on $42.2 Million Residential Project in in Dubai

Another iconic mega residential project is coming up in Dubai which will be ready by third quarter of 2025.

Dubai-based luxury real estate developer Imtiaz Developments has announced the ground-breaking of its latest residential project, “Pearl House by Imtiaz.” With an estimated worth of $42.2 million, this iconic project is set to create a new benchmark for premium living in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle area.

The new project is one of the six projects, which are under design and development stages, Imtiaz Developments has planned to launch this year. The developer has a strategic objective to generate over $1 billion in revenue over the next three years and it is confident that the target can be achieved due to Dubai’s economic growth that continues to drive a strong demand in Dubai’s housing sector.
