ADNH Catering Completes Acquisition of 50% Stake in Compass Arabia
ADNH Catering, a leading food and support services group in the UAE and the GCC, on Thursday announced the completion of the step-up acquisition of 50% of the share capital of Compass Arabia Limited and takeover of its management, thus marking a new era of growth and expansion in the Saudi Arabia as part of ADNH Catering’s regional growth strategy.
As a result, from August 2025 the KSA JV’s performance will now be consolidated into ADNH Catering’s financial results and is looking forward to work with Compass Arabia on rebranding the business and implementing our operational and growth strategies in the Saudi market, the company said in a bourse filing with Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), where its shares are traded, this morning.
Compass Arabia Limited has a solid track record in operating in Saudi Arabia for 12 years and this step-up acquisition and takeover of management of Compass Arabia provides the Group the opportunity to take its successful management philosophy, growth, procurement, people and management systems to the promising Saudi market.

ADNH Catering CEO Clive Cowley said that this step-up acquisition and takeover of management of Compass Arabia Limited marks a strategic milestone in pursuing the Group’s growth strategy in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.
Having recently acquired Food Nation Catering, a major catering player in the education sector in the UAE, the Compass Arabia Limited deal marks the second acquisition for this year as part of the Group’s inorganic growth strategy and demonstrates the Group’s aggressive approach in pursuing and executing strategic acquisitions in the UAE and the GCC region.
