Celia Aesthetic CEO believes Dubai is the market leader in aesthetic science and innovation

The beauty business in the UAE is becoming more consumer-friendly, with customers demanding organic and ethically sourced cosmetics, thereby driving the market growth. The UAE cosmetic market is likely to grow at a CAGR of 4.1% in the forecast period.

The market is showing growth due to changing consumer preferences for organic and vegan cosmetic products, the launch of a broad range of products to suit various skin types and color needs, and an increase in disposable income, which allows them to spend more on their appearance and aesthetics.

Additionally, women’s increasing participation in the workforce is a significant driver of UAE cosmetics market development.

Key players in the United Arab Emirates cosmetic products market include Huda Beauty, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Shirley Conlon Organics, The Estée Lauder Companies, and Shiseido Company, among others.

Statistics from Dubai Customs show that the city’s beauty and cosmetics sector recorded 546,000 tonnes of imports, exports, and re-exports, generating a total value of Dh13.1 billion as of the first half of 2021, reflecting a 20.4 percent year-on-year increase in value, and 4.8 percent increase in volume compared to the same period in 2020.

Mohamad Kaskous, the CEO, of Celia Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai, said that Dubai is a market leader in the science of aesthetics and innovation and Celia Aesthetic Clinic offers a unique experience in the concept of cosmetic clinics.

She added that Celia Aesthetic Clinic is specialized in non-surgical cosmetic services of all kinds, starting with fillers and Botox, professional skincare procedures, including deep cleaning and peeling of all kinds, laser hair removal devices, and non-surgical slimming services such as fat dissolving injections, or fat freezing and breaking devices.
